En 2001, il obtient son doctorat de m\u00e9decine ainsi que son dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tude sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en P\u00e9diatrie en France. Poursuivant sa recherche dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 publique, il obtient une ma\u00eetrise en sant\u00e9 publique, suivie en 2010, d\u2019un Ph. D. en \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 entre 2008 et 2010. Il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une application IBDscores pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des maladies inflammatoires intestinales et travaille sur un projet concernant le parcours de soins des adolescents atteints de maladie de Crohn et colite ulc\u00e9reuse bas\u00e9 sur une application num\u00e9rique de suivi de la maladie et l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/p><p>Le professeur Jantchou a supervis\u00e9 la formation de nombreux \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 tous les niveaux universitaires et publi\u00e9 plus de 50 articles scientifiques dans des revues avec comit\u00e9 de Canada et r\u00e9cipiendaire de plusieurs prix et distinctions dont le prestigieux Prix <em>Media Engagement Award \u2013 Changemaker<\/em>\u00a0 du Medical Post en 2024 et le <em>Prix de
