Alain Roger Coéfé, Ph.D., has taught economics at the Academy of Versailles and the University of Ouagadougou before assuming ministerial positions (Trade, Transport and Communication and Economic Planning), in Burkina Faso during the era of democratic and popular revolution of the late President Thomas Sankara. He has also been Deputy Resident Representative of UNDP in Congo, Gabon and Guinea Conakry has created a successful IT company, became the founding member and first President of the House of Entrepreneurship of Burkina Faso (MEBF) and Was during many years the Chairman of the Board of Airtel among other functions. Alain Roger Coéfé has actively participated in the creation of the Burkinabe entrepreneurship spirit and the emergence of the IT economy. Alain Roger Coéfé is author of the book “Globalization, Thirty Years Later”: “Development is above all, taking control of one’s own destiny”.
