General terms and conditions of sale
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern access to and participation in the REBRANDING AFRICA FORUM.
The entrance fee to the REBRANDING AFRICA FORUM 2023 includes participation in the day’s program based on the chosen formula and distributed documentation. No refunds will be made in case of cancellation of your participation. In this case, you may be represented by a person of equivalent hierarchical level, subject to the express agreement of the Organizing Committee, which must be informed as soon as possible. No request will be accepted if it is made less than 20 days before the start of the Forum.
The tickets are neither refunded nor exchanged, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The ticket allows access only to one participant. In the case of purchasing a ticket valid for two people, the accompanying person indicated during the purchase will receive a ticket in their name before the forum. The Organizer may decide to check the identity of participants at the entrance and require the presentation of a document (ID card, passport, driver’s license).
RAF steering committee reserves the right to cancel or reject a subscription to the conference. In the exceptional event the steering committee cancel your subscription, you will be refunded , on the account which has been used for the payment.
Accommodation and transportation costs are the responsibility of each participant.
Exclusively for the purchase of the full package tickets (including the Welcome Business Cocktail on 20/10, the Forum, and the Gala Evening on 21/10), and if you have indicated during registration that you require an invitation letter, once your payment is completed and your registration is confirmed, you will receive a letter of confirmation from the Organizing Committee. This letter can be presented to the consular authorities when applying for your visa.
Please note that the RAF is not responsible for obtaining the visa or any other required documents for entry into the country.
By registering for the Rebranding Africa Forum, you agree to the use of your image and data in connection with the activities of the Forum.
Your participation confirmation will be definitive only upon receipt of your full payment.
By purchasing a ticket for the ‘Rebranding Africa Forum,’ you automatically accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.
