Séni Mahamadou Ouedraogo

Born in November 20, 1975 in Divo in the Republic of Ivory Coast, Séni Mahamadou Ouedraogo obtained the A2 series Baccalaureate in 1996 at the secondary school “Lycée Moderne” of Divo. He continued his higher in Burkina Faso, his country of origin, at the University of Ouagadougou.
Professor of universities and lawyer, he has been the Minister of Public Service, Labor and Social Protection of Burkina Faso for four (4) years. He has chaired at the continental level the Specialized Technical Committee on Social Development, Labor and Employment (CTS-DSTE) of the African Union since April 2019.
He has to his credit the great shift towards the digitization of the Burkinabè administration, through registrations, online composition and automated correction of competitive entrance exams to the civil service, the circuit of the management of career acts of public officials of the ‘State.
A tax inspector by training, Professor Séni Mahamadou OUEDRAOGO was also the managing director of the National School of Administration and Magistracy of Burkina Faso.
In terms of research, he has to his credit the supervision of ten doctoral theses and is the author of several books including ” Droit des mines burkinabè “, ” Mémento du contrat de partenariat public-privé au Burkina Faso “. Professor Séni Mahamadou OUEDRAOGO is passionate about reading and football.
