Paul K. Fokam is the CEO of Afriland First Bank Group, the founder and president of PKFokam Institute of Excellence, a pan African university. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences and is a researcher, lecturer of Leadership and Strategy. He has published several books and essays among which are: How Africans Worsened their Misery, Africa: What about a Take Off and Quelle Afrique à l’Horizon 2050?
He developed the MC² Model, a worldwide, unique and efficient approach for wealth creation among the poor.
He has won many awards across the world, among which the German 2005 African Excellence Award and The African Banker’s 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a Knight of the Order of Valor of the Central Africa Monetary and Economic Community (CEMAC).
