Estelle Youssouffa is a French independent bilingual broadcast journalist and international affairs consultant. A TV news anchor, she’s an investigative journalist working for France 2’s foreign affairs programme “Un Oeil sur la Planète”. Estelle also gives conferences and writes analysis on global affairs to brief decision-makers. She teaches Journalism seminars at the Université Paris Dauphine. Estelle graduated with a degree in journalism studies in Tours, France, before studying international relations and political studies at Quebec University of Montréal (Canada). Estelle Youssouffa also worked as a news anchor on TV5 Monde, BFTM and LCI. She also joined Al Jazeera English for 3 years as its Paris Correspondent.

Originally from Mayotte (Indian Ocean), she is a member of the Africa Leadership Network, an alumna of the Young Leaders programme of the French-American Foundation 2011-2012 and the German Marshall Fund’s Atlantic Dialogues Young Leaders programme 2013.

Estelle created the Leaders Seminar which gathered 50 French American, Arab and African leaders in Marrakech in 201 3 and Abidjan in 2016.
